Cyborg Central Services
CC offers several different internet services. Please contact BW for access.
IRC: Chat with BW and other CC guests at the IRC Server. You can access it through your IRC client at irc.cyborgcentral.net port 6667 or port 7000, or via the web interface.
E-Mail: Get a CC Server account and you can send and receive email at <your_name>@cyborgcentral.net. Web access is available using our RoundCube mail server.
Music: Authorized users can stream and download music from CC's Musica server.
Website Hosting: Server accounts can be enabled to provide virtual web hosting (using your own, already-registered site name) or a virtual server using a CC-provided FreeDNS name (yourname.cyborgcentral.net).
Filesharing: You can store and share arbitrary files using an ownCloud account hosted on CC. This also provides WEBDAV access for mobile devices like phones and tablets.
Secure Shell: Advanced (trusted!) server account holders can log in and use CC's Linux OS directly through SSH. Access is permitted via standard SSH or the Web Login Shell.
