**** Cyborg Central ****

So the company I work for is doing another layoff, 8% of the total workforce this time. It makes me wonder how long I've got left at this place - there are tons of other places that've contacted me recently, but all of these are either far away and would require leaving this area (and all the people and places I care about), or working in the city, which basically will completely fuck up my schedule.
