More Layoffs

Several of my friends were laid off today from where we work, many of them being very talented engineers who did not deserve to lose their jobs, let alone with no warning or time to prepare.
Meanwhile, this won't stop the continuous influx of college n00bs - some of whom have very little ability - who somehow keep getting hired and being given "innovation" jobs where they come up with bad ideas and get golf claps from managers, and waste money.
I'm infuriated and disgusted.
