Seems like the xact fix for proton sound

I was able to get sound working in The Evil Within, running via Steam Play, by installing xact the same way I did for Skyrim.
WINEPREFIX=SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/268050/pfx winetricks xact
Seems like installing this into the Proton WINE prefix for affected games is a pretty good way to get the sound working. I haven't tested many games, but this will be my first thing to try from now on when sound doesn't work.
It did not fix the media player issues with Call of Cthulhu, though - for that I think we need full WMP support.
